If a dispute cannot be resolved through jlhq's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations and procedures. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
jlhq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlhq will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jlhq platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
